Roopali started her practice of yoga twenty two years ago which inspired her to apply to undergo formal yogic study with a certificate programme at Yoga Sadhana Ashram, Ahmedabad in 2005. She went on to pursue Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala, India in 2006.
Her interest in yoga, especially Karma Yoga during a course at the Bihar School of Yoga, Munger and the study of Vedantic thought at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy at Rishikesh in 2010 led to pursuit of a yogic lifestyle at the banks of the Ganga.
This furthered her spiritual goals to undertake the intensive practice of Kriya Yoga at the Bihar School of Yoga, Rikhiapeeth in 2015. A keen herbalist and trained by her grandmother and mother in natural living, she applies the combined principles and wisdom of YogaVedic living to her teachings. She also holds a certification in the foundation of yoga and Ayurveda from Kaivalyadhama.
She is passionate about the true message and wisdom of yoga integrated into the Indian tradition and inspired to pass it on to people of all cultures.
